The Socratic Dialogue is a philosophical method by which participants work intensively together in brainstorming. They are constructing an answer to a philosophical question which is designed by the group as a whole. This methods creates a value context in which collaborative creative thinking is really happening, it enhances strong communal innovational thinking and it is philosophy at work. The creation is solely based on the experiences and wisdom of the participants themselves. So always concrete human questions are at the central focus of the dialogue. The method transforms participants in integer, open, Socratic brainstormers. It is basically the core of any innovative organization, to create a common intelligence, to foster strong value oriented innovation. In horizontal governemental and non governemental organisations , in web 2.0  or  groundswell enterprises Socratic dialogue could  be the heart of the communication.
