To realize a deep dive, we can use all tools that are available in the domain of philosophy . We consider all onceptual approaches of different thinkers as possible examples of methodologies. Plato gives us an insight in the possibility of other truths and values behind our scientific truth, and to look for spiritual happiness in stead of slavery to lusts . The approach of Nietzsche demands a deep reflection on appearance. The approach of Camus will focus on the importance of the sensorial presence of our common bodies in nature. With Merleau Ponty we will revalue the experience of out senses. Dewey gives us a direction to leave behind the idea that we are an essential mind with a mechanical body: we are interaction between the inner- and outerworld. Rousseau tells us to reconsider our way of organising our city like society. The philosophers use different methods to come to their proposals.
In all our sessions these thoughts and methods are present: not because the professor tells us so, but because all the participants get into a state of creative thinking. The participants will produce relevant thoughts. The moderator will facilitate this process. Of course after this process lectures are a rich gift.
The deep dive methods includes value analysis, argumentation analyis methods (induction and deduction etc.), preassumption research methods, case studies, reflection methods (point reflection, line reflection).
