Humberto Schwab uses philosophy tools to make deep analysis of the identity of organisations, business and their goals.

Producing in a web 2.0 context should be value driven. Sharing values with stakeholder is the condition for a sustainable relation with them. Whether it is education, culture, government or business.

He organizes innovation labs, starting from value brainstorm and Socratic dialogue. In Socratic dialogue collaborative intelligence will emerge as a result of shared dialogue.

When people get in structures to leave behind atomic identities and engage in collective state of being, the real creative process starts. Most entrepreneurial contexts suppose a lot of sharing and communicating while it is actually never practised.

From a Socratic analysis of the corporate identity future scenarios will be developed right from the ambitions of the actors.

Socratic dialogue could be the secret for good strategic conversation. In this dialogue all participants are involved as equal experts.

The final result is value driven future scenarios, which will facilitate common design of strategic choices in the actual situation. It will give the company a tool to exchange deep common insights incompletely different and unexpected environments.

CSR ambitions and guidelines are one of the results of these labs.
